Owner-controlled access, explained plainly.

This page describes how TeamTsitsia by SmartDealMind handles Google-connected YouTube information in its current private, owner-operated setup.

What may be accessed

Read-only YouTube information after the owner grants access.

For each owner-approved channel, TeamTsitsia may access channel identification, video metadata, and performance analytics. It requests only these Google OAuth scopes:

  • youtube.readonly — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
  • yt-analytics.readonly — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly

It does not use these scopes to publish, upload, edit, schedule, or post content.

Storage and processing

Private local connection storage; provider processing only when requested.

  • Connection records and credentials are kept in owner-private local files. Temporary connector snapshots are cached in local process memory. The analytics tools return channel data to agents, never provider credential values.
  • When the owner asks for an analytics report or chat, the requested analytics and resulting text may be processed by the owner’s configured OpenAI or Anthropic agent provider.
  • Reports and chats may persist locally until the owner removes them. Removing Google access does not by itself erase existing reports or chats.
  • The public website may be hosted through Cloudflare, which may log ordinary website requests. Processing by Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, or Anthropic is governed by the applicable provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Your controls

Forgetting a local connection and revoking Google access are different actions.

Forget local connection

In TeamTsitsia, this removes the local credential and cached connection snapshots. It does not send a Google revocation request, and it does not erase separately stored reports or chats.

Revoke Google access

Use Google’s account controls to revoke the app’s Google access. This is separate from forgetting the local connection.

Remove local records

The owner can remove locally retained reports and chats separately. That action is distinct from Google access controls.
